SelSar Company Ltd. provides employment mediation services by finding employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Austria, and other Western European countries, and recruits workers/candidates in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and beyond. As needed, the company conducts selection and pre-selection of candidates in the employment process according to the requirements and needs of employers, for which it charges a fee as the Service Provider.

SelSar Company operates in accordance with the regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and holds the necessary licenses to perform employment mediation services, as well as other authorizations required to fulfill its obligations.

SelSar Company performs the following tasks, in accordance with the specific requests of employers:

  • Professional advice in defining the criteria and conditions for the desired job position;
  • Headhunting candidates in the country specified by the employer;
  • Searching and recruiting candidates through databases, media channels, and business networks, with or without selection;
  • Processing and filtering resumes and applications, and preliminary checks of the interest of suitable candidates;
  • Conducting live/online interviews with pre-selected candidates to further assess their qualifications;
  • Psychological testing;
  • Preparing reports on pre-selected candidates, which include checks of the fulfillment of basic job requirements, interest and motivation assessments, financial expectations, foreign language proficiency, psychological testing, and up to three reference checks;
  • Support in scheduling final interviews between candidates and employers;
  • Posting job ads on job search portals and promoting services on social media and media channels;
  • Ensuring the required number of workers in a profession/occupation as requested by employers, in accordance with the Standard Qualification of that country;
  • Ensuring that candidates from another country have all the necessary valid documentation for employment in the employer’s country;
  • Ensuring the arrival of foreign workers in the employer’s country after obtaining work and residence permits from the Employer.
